THE PROBLEM
Office Manager
Office managers of medium-sized studios need a more efficient and unified way of working because they are worried about missing any pending task.
Office Worker
Office workers of medium-sized studios don't want to be distracted or waste time in office management tasks because they want to be focused in their work.
SITEMAP
As we knew that the projects that usually leads the office manager are not the same that manages the designers, we wanted to focus in the first sprint of the project on the creation and edition of projects related to logistics and managing the office.
In the right side, you can see some features that we considered to add to the application, but we didn’t. We talked with the client and told us that “could have features” were not a priority for them at that moment. “Should have features” were in our proposal value but we preffered to focus in the project management in this first sprint for the MVP.
In this first flow, the office manager would access the platform on desktop and should be capable of create a new project based on a template that we would provide her, edit the tasks of that project and assign task to a coworker.
In the second flow, the office worker would see that has a notification in the mobile app. Then would go from the Home to the Schedule, and there he could check which task has been assigned to him.

NEXT STEPS
Implement the sections and features proposed in the sitemap.
Add more functionality to the mobile version.
Expand the scope of the tool to different types of companies.
KEY LEARNINGS
Expectations vs. reality: we must prioritize what is going to be in this sprint. At first we wanted to add all the features to the application. But quickly decided to focus in what is important in this MVP, and that’s project creation and task management.
Distribution of teamwork: it’s important make a roadmap at the beginning and divide the tasks between all the team members.
Respond to the needs of two different users with a single solution: in our project we needed to create an application specifically for the office manager, but we also had to take into account the rest of the office, that’s why, we wanted to explore the possibilities from the point of view of this two kind of users.
